NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Ultra is a liquid B-complex formula presented in a 118 ml bottle, with each 5 ml teaspoon serving providing 5,000 mcg of Vitamin B-12. Rather than relying on a single form, the B-12 is drawn from three distinct sources — cyanocobalamin, methylcobalamin, and dibencozide — alongside 800 mcg of folate (as folic acid) per serving.

Beyond B-12 and folate, the formula includes the full B-complex family: Vitamin B-1 (thiamin HCl), B-2 (riboflavin), B-3 (niacinamide), B-6 (pyridoxine HCl), biotin, and Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid). All ingredients are non-animal derived, making this suitable for those following a vegetarian or vegan diet.

The liquid format makes it simple to measure and take directly or mix into a cold drink, and the formula is described as pleasant tasting. It appeals to vegans, vegetarians, and anyone who prefers a liquid supplement over tablets or capsules as part of their daily nutritional routine.
