ABE All Black Everything Pre-Workout Gels come in Cherry Cola flavour and are supplied as a box of 20 individual 60g gels. Each gel is a ready-to-consume, no-mixing-required format — useful for athletes who want to take their pre-workout without powder, shakers, or water on hand.
The formula includes citrulline malate 2:1, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, caffeine, and taurine, alongside vitamin B3, vitamin B12, vitamin C, and magnesium. Each 60g gel delivers 200mg caffeine, 4g citrulline malate, 3g creatine monohydrate, and 2000mg beta-alanine, making the ingredient profile comparable to a full-serve pre-workout in a compact, portable sachet.
The Cherry Cola flavour gives the gel a familiar, sweet-yet-slightly-sharp taste that works well in the gel format. ABE is a well-regarded name in the UK sports nutrition market, and this product is manufactured to food supplement standards. The box of 20 suits weight trainers and high-intensity athletes who prefer a grab-and-go gel format over a traditional powdered pre-workout.
