Applied Nutrition Critical Mass – Original, Vanilla – 6000 grams

Critical Mass Original is a calorie-dense weight gainer powder, available here in a substantial 6,000 g tub in vanilla flavour, providing 25 servings. Each 240 g serving delivers 917 kcal alongside 55 g of protein from an all-dairy protein complex, making it one of the more substantial mass gainers on the market. Carbohydrates come in at 154 g per serving, contributing to the high caloric content that bodybuilders and strength athletes look for when pursuing a dedicated bulk.

The dairy protein blend naturally supplies essential amino acids (EAAs), including BCAAs and L-Glutamine. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. The vanilla flavour mixes into a thick, palatable shake — the kind that actually makes hitting a high daily calorie target feel less like a chore.

This product is well suited to hard gainers, weightlifters, rugby players, and other athletes with demanding physical training schedules who find it difficult to meet high calorie requirements through food alone. The 6 kg format means fewer reorders for those who use a mass gainer as a regular part of their training nutrition.
