Amino Fuel in Icy Blue Raz is a flavoured amino acid powder, available here in a 390g tub. Each 13g scoop delivers 11g of amino acids, comprising 9g of Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) — those which the body cannot produce on its own and must obtain through diet — alongside 2,500mg of L-Glutamine. Within that EAA profile sits 6g of Branched Chain Amino Acids in a 2:1:1 ratio: 3,000mg L-Leucine, 1,500mg L-Isoleucine, and 1,500mg L-Valine. The remaining EAAs include L-Lysine, L-Threonine, L-Histidine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Methionine, and L-Tryptophan.
The formula is Halal certified and tested for athletes, making it a considered choice for those who train regularly and want transparency around what they’re consuming. The Icy Blue Raz flavour is designed to mix easily and drink well, whether taken around a workout or at any other point during the day.
Amino acids are widely regarded as the fundamental building blocks of protein, and this powder format offers a straightforward way to increase dietary amino intake for active individuals, from weightlifters to those taking part in endurance sport.
