BetterYou’s B-Complete Daily Oral Spray delivers all eight B vitamins in a single 25 ml bottle, offering 32 daily doses in a natural peach, plum and raspberry flavour. The spray format means nutrients are absorbed through the buccal membrane of the inner cheek rather than passing through the digestive system first — a delivery method BetterYou has built much of its product range around.
The full B-complex here includes thiamin (B1), riboflavin (B2), niacin (B3), pantothenic acid (B5), B6, biotin (B7), and two carefully chosen forms of both B9 and B12. Folate is supplied as Quatrefolic® methylfolate — a bioavailable form that doesn’t require the multi-step conversion associated with standard folic acid. Vitamin B12 appears as both adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin. The formula is caffeine-free and sugar-free, and the bottle is made from carbon-negative, plant-based packaging.
With just four sprays making up the recommended daily dose, this compact bottle suits those who find tablets or capsules difficult to take, as well as people following a vegan lifestyle or anyone looking to add a straightforward B-complex to their daily nutrition without additional sugars or stimulants.
