Endurance Breathe is a blackcurrant-flavoured carbohydrate and electrolyte powder, available in a 1,500 g tub with 30 servings. Each serving delivers 48 g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 300 mg of electrolytes, alongside Applied Nutrition’s Breathe Easy formula, which is associated with a fresh, cooling sensation during exercise. The powder is highly soluble and can be mixed at varying concentrations to suit individual preferences.
Formulated with cyclists, runners, and endurance athletes in mind, it works equally well as an intra-session drink or as part of a carbohydrate-loading plan in the lead-up to a training session or event. The product is vegan and vegetarian friendly, non-GMO, gluten free, and carries Halal certification. It is also Informed-Sport batch tested, making it a considered choice for competitive athletes subject to anti-doping regulations.
The blackcurrant flavour offers a refreshing taste that holds up well when consumed during prolonged activity, and the fine powder consistency means it mixes cleanly without leaving residue. A straightforward, well-specified formula from an established sports nutrition brand.
