Doctor’s Best Gluten Rescue – 60 vcaps

Doctor’s Best Gluten Rescue is a digestive enzyme supplement presented in vegetarian capsules, with 60 vcaps per pack. Each capsule contains Glutalytic, a patented plant protease enzyme blend delivering 350 mg per serving, which includes Protease (75,000 HUT), Aspergillopepsin (500 SAPU), and Protease DPPIV (125 DPP-IV). Unlike single-enzyme formulas, this blend targets peptide bonds via two distinct mechanisms, making it a more comprehensive approach to protein digestion than products relying on DPPIV alone.

Beyond gluten-containing grains such as wheat, barley, and rye, the enzyme profile is also suited to the digestion of egg, soy, and dairy proteins. The formula is vegan-friendly, non-GMO, and — somewhat aptly — gluten free in its own formulation.

The vcap format makes dosing straightforward whether taken at home or kept in a bag for meals out. Gluten Rescue is well suited to those following a vegan lifestyle who want a multi-enzyme digestive formula, or anyone who regularly eats a varied diet containing gluten-containing grains and other common proteins.
