OstroVit Glycine, Natural – 200 grams

OstroVit Glycine is an unflavoured amino acid powder in a 200 g format, made from a single ingredient: L-glycine. Each 1 g scoop delivers 1,000 mg of the amino acid with no fillers, binders, or additional additives — just the pure compound on its own. The straightforward composition makes it easy to see exactly what you’re getting with every serving.

Glycine is the simplest of the 20 protein-forming amino acids, characterised by a single hydrogen atom in its side chain. It occurs naturally in foods such as red meat, poultry, eggs, lentils, kale, and natural yogurt, and is also found in the body within skin, connective tissue, and muscle. As the primary amino acid in collagen, it features in both nutritional supplements and cosmetic formulations.

The powder format is well suited to those who prefer to avoid capsules or tablets, and it dissolves readily when stirred into water or a cold drink. With 200 servings per tub, this is a sensible choice for athletes, strength trainers, and health-conscious individuals looking to add a straightforward amino acid to their daily nutrition.
