It contributes to maintaining a healthy iron metabolism and mucous membrane function and helps keep the skin healthy. In addition, it supports the maintenance of healthy vision and the functioning of the immune system. Vitamin A plays a role in the process of cell specialisation.
VITAMIN D
It helps with the absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, maintaining a healthy blood pH and healthy bones. It also helps maintain healthy bones, muscles and teeth. Vitamin D supports the immune system and is involved in the cell division process.
VITAMIN E
