Arginine & Ornithine brings together two free-form amino acids — L-Arginine and L-Ornithine — in a single vegetarian capsule formula. Each two-capsule serving delivers 1 g of L-Arginine alongside 500 mg of L-Ornithine (sourced from 644 mg of L-Ornithine HCl). L-Ornithine is a naturally occurring amino acid synthesised from arginine in the body and serves as a precursor to citrulline, proline, and glutamic acid.
The formula is encapsulated in vegetarian capsules, making it suitable for those avoiding gelatin. With 100 capsules per pot, it’s a straightforward amino acid supplement favoured by athletes, regular gym-goers, and anyone looking to complement a high-protein diet with targeted amino acid support.
Both arginine and ornithine are well-established ingredients in the sports nutrition category, and this combined format offers a tidy way to include them both without managing multiple separate products.
